The School of Practical Arts department at EHL is dedicated to hands-on learning in hospitality professions, combining operational excellence with academic rigor. It trains students in essential skills such as culinary arts, service, sommelier, and hotel management in conditions that closely mirror real-world environments. Lecturer Practical Arts - Sommelier
What will you do?
- You will teach novice students theory and practice in Oenology/Sommellerie and in accordance with the pedagogical and EHL values.
- You will prepare your teaching sequences.
- You will be in charge of the weekly follow-up of the students.
- You will participate in the development of the program.
- You will guarantee the quality of the service provided and the satisfaction of the clients.
Who you are?
- You have a Brevet Fédéral, a BTS, a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Sommelier in a Fine-Dining Restaurant.
- You have an interest in teaching.
- You are keen to pass on your knowledge and professional experience to students from different backgrounds and cultures.
- You have an excellent command of French and English.
