Job Title: Lecturer in Hospitality Business Management and Food Service (HE)

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £38,784 - £43,482 per annum - AC2

Job type: Permanent, Full-time

The Role:

The University is looking to recruit a Lecturer in Hospitality Business Management and Food Service to join the growing and exciting College of Food, to be part of the teaching team delivering high quality, inspiring, and inclusive programmes across their portfolio of courses.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, ideally to a postgraduate level, have industry experience across the Food, Hospitality, and Culinary sectors, and preferably have sustained teaching experience within the HE field.

The candidate will be required to teach practical and theory subjects in areas such as Food Service and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Operations Management, Food and Beverage Operations, Employability Skills, and Entrepreneurism, as well as providing outstanding tutoring and pastoral support to diverse and ambitious student cohorts.
