Permanent full time position at Slough & Langley College. Salary range: T1 £31,633 to T11 £45,341, dependent on qualifications and experience. Expected start date: Wednesday 19th August 2026. Vacancy closes Sunday 24th May 2026.

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality English teaching to post 16 learners, supporting development of reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills for GCSE or Functional Skills qualifications. Create inclusive classroom environments with Learning Support Assistants. Use diagnostic data to identify learning gaps, set and monitor targets, and deliver interventions. Collaborate to improve attendance, retention, and achievement, enabling all learners to reach their full potential.
