Leaving Care Personal Advisor - 12-Month FTC

Wirral Council is seeking three Personal Advisors for their Leaving Care Service to support young people aged 16 to 25. This role focuses on delivering care and guidance, ensuring the welfare and progress of Care Leavers.

The ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience working with young people. This is a temporary position with full-time flexible hours, offering a salary between £32,061 to £35,412 plus benefits.
