Job Description
Overall management of Corporate relationship including, strategy, compliance, account management, negotiation of bulk deals, and relationship with relocation agents Oversee end-to-end tenancy progression in full compliance with statutory requirements, including periodic tenancy rules, annual rent increase limits Attending networking events to build relationships Work closely with Building and Property Managers to reduce voids and maximise retention Management of internal CRM (Hubspot) including compliance with GDPR Regulations Oversee and maintain all portal marketing ensuring it is in line with Consumer Protection Regulations Lead leasing performance, pricing strategy, portal marketing compliance, and ensure accurate system data Ensure adherence to Renters' Rights Act 2026 (rent increase regulations, rental bidding ban, one-month rent in advance limit, non-discrimination rules) Line Management of team of Leasing Consultants and Tenancy Progressors ensuring KPIs and targets being met, driving continuous improvement of processes and documentation Oversee Right to Rent checks, AML compliance, GDPR and Consumer Protection Regulations Management of 3rd party Letting Agents - ensuring contractual obligations and KPIs are met Overall management of Renewal targets, strategy and rents Ensure office hours are resourced at all times Produce operational reporting including KPIs, compliance dashboards, and audit outcomes Working with finance business partner to ensure rent growth and occupancy are aligned with business plan targets General office management Reporting to Associate Director - Leasing The successful candidate must have a Level 3 ARLA qualification as a minimum requirement An honest and trustworthy individual with an exemplary track record Excellent communication skills are essential A polite, friendly and professional telephone manner A thorough understanding of the Built to Rent market together with previous Experience with corporates or relocation agents is essential A highly motivated target driven individual with exceptional customer service Strong customer focus, high accuracy, good attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills The incumbent must have an appreciation of the importance of customer service and how this is applied in the context of Canary Wharf HEALTH SAFETY AND WELFARE RESPONSIBILITIES ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL & GOVERNANCE (ESG) RESPONSIBILITIES QUALITY MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Find opportunities to collaborate with others across the business to achieve shared goals Encourage inclusive networks and treat others with respect and fairness Use knowledge to work effectively with suppliers / contractors to meet shared goals Confident in making decisions appropriate to the role Learn from mistakes and listen to constructive feedback to improve performance Prioritise safety and actively support community, wellbeing and sustainability programmesWe recognise the importance of embracing diverse experience, skills and perspectives at all levels and operating in an inclusive working environment, in order for everyone to reach their full potential.
