Leasehold & Right to Buy Officer - Hybrid London

A London local authority is looking for an experienced Homebuy Officer (Leasehold) to manage a busy caseload of Right to Buy and leasehold aftersales work. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, experience in reading legal documents, knowledge of affordable housing products, and confidence in IT. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 days in the office and offers competitive pay of £23 per hour PAYE, or approximately £30 Umbrella.
