Learning Support Key Worker: SEMH & EHCP Champion

SGS College is seeking a Learning Support Key Worker to join the Additional Learning Support Team at Stroud, WISE and Filton Campuses. This permanent, full-time post involves term-time working hours and provides in-class and out-of-class support to learners with EHCPs and SEMH needs.

You will deliver trauma-informed behaviour support, build strong relationships, monitor attendance, and contribute to EHCP reviews. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are essential for this role.
