Learning Support Coach - Part-Time, Student Growth

Kirk Hallam Community Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team. This role supports students' learning and behaviour on a one-to-one or small-group basis, either in the Learning Support facility or in a mainstream classroom.

The ideal candidate has experience of supporting young people with additional needs and will be part of a supportive team with CPD opportunities and a focus on staff wellbeing.
