Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

1. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident.
2. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
3. Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies.
4. Support students in developing vital social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience.
5. Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
