A supportive and inclusive SEN school in Cranleigh is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join their team.

You will work closely with pupils who have special educational needs, supporting them academically, socially and emotionally to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN

• Assist pupils with EHCP targets

• Support behaviour and emotional regulation strategies

• Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-6 months experience in a school setting

• Experience supporting SEN pupils is highly desirable

• Enhanced DBS (mandatory)

• Patient, resilient and proactive approach
