Learning Support Assistant Level 3

Join Our Team and Make a Difference Every Day! We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Level 3 Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive-academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing high quality learning support to pupils across a range of abilities
• Delivering targeted interventions and small group work
• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND
• Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation, and assessment
• Helping to create an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Promoting the school's values, safeguarding, and high expectations

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children in a school setting
• An understanding of SEND and inclusive practice
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A calm, patient, and encouraging approach
• A passion for helping children achieve their full potential
