1. Position: Learning Support Assistant
2. Start Date: ASAP
3. Type: Full-Time (8:30am-3:30pm)
4. Location: Cheltenham
5. Salary: £80-£95
6. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:

1. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated.
2. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
3. Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies.
4. Help students develop social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience.
5. Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
