Learning Support Assistant: Calm, Adaptive SEND (Term-Time)

Bay CE School in Sandown is seeking proactive Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly team during term time. The role is 30 hours per week, with a gross salary of £19,090 £19,395 per annum and starts as soon as possible.

We welcome applicants who can adapt to students' emotional and academic needs, make learning accessible, and build rapport with learners who find school challenging. Visits to the school are encouraged, with closing date Monday 2 November 2026 at 12 noon.
