The journey doesn't end at 18. At thi school, we support autistic adults (18+) as they navigate the transition into adulthood, focusing on wellbeing, vocational skills, and community engagement.
The Role: As an LSA, you are a mentor and a guide. You'll support our learners in our specialist centre and out in the community-helping them manage daily tasks, access work placements, and build the confidence to live as independently as possible.
