Teaching Assistant - Full Time
Waltham Forest (E11)
Start Date: After the Easter Break
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 4:00 PM

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding secondary school in Waltham Forest. This full-time role involves supporting students with Complex Needs and Behavioural Challenges in a structured and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide day-to-day support to students with additional needs
2. Encourage independence and promote positive social interaction
3. Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN specialists to deliver tailored support

The Ideal Candidate Will:

1. Be calm, patient, and empathetic
2. Have excellent communication skills and enjoy teamwork
3. Be confident in managing challenging behaviour positively and constructively
