  • Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff team to deliver strategies from EHCPs and other support plans.
  • Help create a calm, safe, and structured environment that promotes confidence, independence, and learning.
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting children with Autism, ideally in a school or educational setting.
  • Demonstrates empathy, consistency, and the ability to build a trusting relationship with a child.
  • Remains calm under pressure and responds positively to challenging behaviour.
  • Is a strong communicator and team player with a flexible, proactive approach.
  • Holds a Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification (desirable but not essential). Training will be provided.
