Learning Support Assistant

Elementa Support Services are working in partnership with a range of local schools to recruit committed and caring Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across a range of educational settings.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with additional learning needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Help create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
• Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and progress

• Previous experience working with children (essential)
• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (desirable)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply - we can help with this)
• Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration (required)
• A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach
