This opportunity is perfect for individuals who have previously worked as an LSA and are now looking to work a few days a week. It is also ideal for parents or professionals who have had a career working with children and are ready to return to education in a flexible capacity.

We work closely with primary schools throughout the Vale, including Barry, who rely on us to provide dependable staff to cover absences - sometimes at short notice. Schools value reliable, experienced LSAs who can step in confidently and support pupils when needed.

Our Learning Support Assistant - Flexible Roles allow you to choose how much you work. Whether you are available 1 day per week or up to 5 days, we can offer work to suit you. Even if your availability changes from week to week, we will work around your schedule.

Areas we cover include Barry, Llantwit Major, Penarth and Dinas Powys, offering local opportunities within supportive primary schools.

To be considered for the role, you should ideally have previous experience as an LSA or strong experience working with children in a school or similar setting.

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS (must have or be willing to obtain)
• Registration with the EWC
• Reliable and flexible approach to working in primary schools
