About Us

We offer a fulfilling and exciting role as a Learning Support Assistant in a respected primary school located in Chippenham. With excellent transport links and on-site parking, you'll have the opportunity to promote and enhance the learning and social skills of children with additional needs. Your role as a Learning Support Assistant will encompass individual one-to-one support as well as guiding small group learning and activities.

Learning Support Assistant Requirements

• Empathetic and skilled in building meaningful relationships with children
• Ability to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each child
• Collaborate closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals
• Ensure accurate implementation of personalized educational plans
• Create and adapt support materials to facilitate success in a mainstream classroom environment
• Foster an engaging and stimulating classroom learning experience
