Learning Support & Care Assistant (LSCA)

Location: College in Uxbridge

Hours: 4-5 days per week, 08:45 - 16:00 (may vary)

We are seeking a caring and reliable LSCA to support learners with severe learning disabilities in a college setting. Personal care is required as part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Support learners with severe learning disabilities.
• Provide personal care as required.
• Join an initial interview before starting the role.

Requirements

• Compassionate and patient approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential).

The role will begin with an interview. The position is temporary unless stated otherwise.
