As a Learning Support Administrator, you will play a key role in enabling students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (LDD) to access high-quality, personalised support and achieve their full potential. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Learning Support team, helping to ensure that support processes run efficiently and effectively across the College.

This is a varied and rewarding role, where you will encounter learners, staff, parents/carers and external agencies, delivering a professional and responsive service. You will support the administrative activities of the department, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving. You will contribute to quality improvement processes and play an important role in helping the College deliver outstanding support provision for its students.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have experience using IT systems, and will be able to maintain accurate, well organised records and reports. A proactive and flexible approach is key, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.

You should hold a relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in education, administration or IT, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
