Learning Mentor & Engagement Coach (Part-Time)

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced Learning Mentor to join the Ethnic Minority and Traveller Achievement Service (EMTAS). This part-time temporary role focuses on supporting learners in various educational settings to improve engagement, achievement, and attendance. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of Achievement Leads and teachers, engaging pupils actively while building strong relationships. Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) and a DBS check are required. This position is temporary until 31st March 2027 with funding reviewed annually.
