A welcoming Specialist School in Thatcham is seeking a compassionate Learning Mentor to join their team immediately. The successful Learning Mentor will support pupils with SEN, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing targeted 1:1 support
• Supporting emotional and academic development
• Encouraging positive learning behaviours
• Building strong relationships with pupils
• Working closely with teaching staff
• ASAP start with excellent transport links

Qualifications

The ideal Learning Mentor will have previous experience working with children or young people in education, care, or mentoring roles.
