Learning Disability Co Trainer for Oliver McGowan Training

A leading care provider is looking for a Co-Trainer with a learning disability to aid in delivering the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training. This role involves sharing personal lived experiences to enhance learning for health and social care staff. Ideal candidates should be comfortable discussing their journey, have strong communication skills, and be prepared to work alongside a Lead Trainer. Training and support will be provided. This is a home-based role with travel required to various training locations.
