Learning and Development Systems Manager

The post holder will: Have overall responsibility for managing, maintaining and developing the Trusts Learning Management System (LMS), additional E-Learning System(s) and supplementary modules or associated systems, in order to provide comprehensive learning and development (L&D) and reporting information management for all Trust Directorates.Provide high quality business-focussed reporting, monitoring and coordination services for Trust wide Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) initiatives and interventions. Lead projects that develop and enhance the Trusts LMS, working with external suppliers to implement new functionality and upgrades and overseeing accurate data transfer and security.
