What We Do:The primary goal of this role is to support the Staff Training Team in their mission to deliver high-quality training programs across all GBS locations.
About the Role:
- Designing and delivering a wide range of training content to our stakeholders
- Facilitating face to face and virtual workshops
- Carrying out learning needs analysis where required
- Communicate with key stakeholders in various departments and own processes
- Deliver training sessions with confidence and autonomy
About you:
- Demonstratable experience in a similar learning and development role
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others exceed in their roles
- Experience of training delivery
- Possess a solution-focused and growth mindset
- Experience of content creation and design
- Confident facilitation skills across audiences of varying seniority
Desirable:
- Proven, substantial experience in a learning and development role
- CIPD Level 3 (or above) in Learning & Development. Or willingness to undertake a CIPD qualification , or equivalent (following probation): ILM/CMI, to align with the team's development pathway
