REPORTING TO: Lead HR Business Partner
Individual Contributor or People Manager: Individual Contributor
OBJECTIVES OF POSITION- To maintain documentation associated with the Site Training System, Site Learning Management System (LMS) and assist with other training functions.
- To drive continuous improvement within training across the site.
- Ensuring compliance with quality systems
- Supporting the continuous professional growth of employees through effective program administration and induction oversight.
- Process Management: Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle all training is delivered, documented, and effective.
- System Maintenance: Maintain accurate, real time training records in the LMS (Learning Management System) and physical training files. Ensure all electronic systems remain compliant.
- Induction Oversight: Facilitate and execute new hire inductions, ensuring all mandatory site training is completed.
- Data Entry: Perform daily data entry for training activities, ensuring skills matrices for all functions remain current and audit ready.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, monitor invoices and upcoming programs, and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
- Funding Administration: Track financial assistance processes and applications while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines.
- Audit Support: Support in the Learning & Development function during all internal and external site audits.
- Further Education Administration: Administer theFurther Education Assistance program, facilitating the application, approval, and reimbursement process for staff upskilling.
- Training Delivery: Deliver classroom training modules to new hires and existing employees as required, utilising standard instructional design models.
- Metrics & Analysis: Monitor weekly training reports, identifying trends in training completion, effectiveness, and non compliance. Analyse key performance metrics to generate actionable insights and optimise L&D program outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives within the L&D function. Identify new training technologies or delivery methods to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of site training.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Legislation and Regulations.
- Measurements will be based on level of training provided and recorded across the plant and as per MBO's as defined by your supervisor and agreed annually during the performance appraisal process.
- QQI Level 7 in Human Resources/ Training or related discipline
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a proven analytical mindset.
- High degree of attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Strong orientation toward compliance standards and continuous process improvement.
- Interpersonal Communication: Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Problem Solving: A structured approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Data Management: Proficiency in tracking metrics and generating insightful L&D reports
- Funding Administration: Ability to manage financial assistance processes and applications while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines.
