Learning & Development Partner

Octric Semiconductor is seeking a HR Generalist with a focus on Learning & Development to drive workforce capability and engagement at our Newcastle site. You will coordinate learning programs, support career pathways, and work with managers to embed development activities across the organisation.

You will liaise with the People Team to analyse data, identify capability gaps, and contribute to continuous improvement of people initiatives and performance conversations.
