About the Role

As a Learning & Development Officer, you will play a central role in supporting the development of our workforce and foster carers. Working closely with the Organisation Development Manager and subject matter experts, you will design, develop and deliver engaging learning across classroom, virtual and onsite environments.

You will ensure our people have the knowledge, skills and confidence they need, aligned with best practice, regulatory standards, and Progress values.
