A leading FMCG company in Redditch is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to develop, implement, and evolve L&D strategies aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will partner with HR to create and deliver effective training programmes, promoting continuous learning and employee engagement. Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills are required. This permanent position offers competitive pay, working Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
