Job Description
Learning & Development Hub Administrator - Part time

Location: Portsmouth, United Kingdom. 24 hours a week Monday to Thursday.

Eligibility: Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Hub, providing a welcoming service and directing queries to the right people or resources.
  • Manage bookings and coordination for appointments, courses, events, and learning activities.
  • Set up classrooms and learning spaces ready for training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate learner records, reports, and systems (e.g. accounts, JPA updates, exam admin).
  • Provide admin support for funding applications, learning credits, and learner needs (including SpLD support).
  • Manage resources, materials, and general Hub admin tasks, including support for exams and events.
Essential Qualifications
  • Experience working in a team and excellent communication skills.
  • High standards of accuracy, attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Drivers licence and vehicle to travel between local sites.
  • Flexibility to cover local offices as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of the military.
  • Experience of using JPA.
