Job Title: Learning and Development Coordinator
Location: London Bridge, SE1
Term: Part-Time, Permanent (30 Hours per week, Split over 4/5 days)

Purpose of the jobThe Learning and Development Coordinator supports the delivery and administration of learning and development activities across the organisation. The role focuses on LMS management, coordination of training activities, and the delivery and facilitation of existing learning materials, ensuring mandatory and developmental training is effectively implemented, tracked, and maintained.
Working closely with the Senior Learning and Development Manager and key stakeholders, the role contributes to building capability across the workforce through well organised, accessible, and compliant learning solutions.
Main duties and responsibilities Learning Delivery and Coordination- Coordinate and support the delivery of existing training programmes, workshops, and learning interventions (digital and face to face).
- Facilitate learning sessions and workshops using existing materials, with guidance where required.
- Support the roll out of blended learning solutions to meet workforce needs.
- Coordinate Lunch and Learn sessions end to end, including scheduling, communication, materials, and attendance tracking.
- Support updates to SOPs, creation of Work Instructions and communicate learning related changes to teams.
- Uploading and updating training materials and courses.
- Scheduling training activities, tasks, and learning pathways.
- Assign mandatory training to new starters and existing employees.
- Monitor training completion and compliance, ensuring mandatory training remains current in line with SOPs and delegation requirements (including GCP, GDPR, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, and Fire Awareness).
- Produce basic reports and dashboards to support compliance monitoring and audits.
- Support capability assessments and maintain capability matrices across the business.
- Assist with the coordination of training resources and learning materials to reflect business needs.
- Support the management of the placement programme, including internships and rotation activities.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation in line with Data Protection requirements.
- Manage content within the LMS and shared learning platforms to ensure materials are current, accessible, and well organised.
- Support the monitoring of learning effectiveness and feedback from learners.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience coordinating or supporting learning and development or HR activities.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Management & Administration (Essential).
- Experience supporting or delivering training using existing materials.
- Experience working with data, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
