Learning & Development Coordinator - Drive Training & Growth

Woodie's, a leading DIY, Home & Garden retailer in Ireland, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR Team. You will manage the annual L&D calendar, coordinate trainings, inductions and events, and act as a central point of contact for learning activities across stores and the head office.

You will liaise with external training vendors, support onboarding programmes and help drive data-driven improvements to our learning systems.
