Job Description
Overview

The Learning and Development (LandD) Administrator plays a key role in supporting the effective delivery of organisational learning initiatives. The postholder will be the primary administrator for our Skillko Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate data management, smooth course administration, and a high-quality learner experience. This role also provides essential administrative support across the wider Learning and Development function.

Responsibilities
  • Primary administrator for our Skillko Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate data management and a high-quality learner experience.
  • Support the effective delivery of organisational learning initiatives.
  • Provide essential administrative support across the wider Learning and Development function.
Qualifications
  • Strong IT capability with confidence using digital systems and databases.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience using learning management systems.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Educated to Higher Education standard in an appropriate field.
  • CIPD Level 3 Professional Qualification or willingness to study towards.
