Learning & Capability Architect

Zinkworks in Ireland is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to build and sustain organizational capability as we grow. This role focuses on embedding Learning, Professionalism and Teamwork as practical, repeatable ways of working across the organisation-supporting consistency, quality and long-term performance.

You will collaborate with engineering, delivery, operations and technical leaders to ensure capability is developed, reinforced and renewed over time.
