SIXT is launching its 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee Program, a 12-month setup designed to fast-track you into a leadership role. From day one, you'll gain hands-on experience, take on responsibility, and develop the skills to lead in mobility.

The program guarantees a leadership position upon graduation, with relocation across the United Kingdom as needed. You'll rotate across locations, gain exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, and receive training
