The Botanist York, part of The New World Trading Company, is inviting applications for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership. You will support the Head Chef, uphold high standards of food quality, and lead a team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

We value strong teamwork, hands-on coaching, and consistency across services. Previous Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie experience is desirable, with a passion for hospitality and personal development supported by our programmes.
