SALARY: Teacher Main or Upper Pay Scale + TLR 2a (equivalent to £3,527)

BOA Digital Technologies Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional Leader of Sport and Enrichment to join a committed team, working alongside colleagues and leaders to deliver excellence in both physical education and the wider enrichment offer. The role will be primarily based at BOA Digital Technologies Academy, with opportunities to collaborate across other BOA Group academies in central Birmingham.
As Leader of Sport and Enrichment, the postholder will play a pivotal role in shaping the academy's culture and student experience. They will lead the development and delivery of a high-quality PE curriculum alongside an ambitious, inclusive and diverse enrichment programme that promotes participation, wellbeing and personal development for all students.
This is a role for a strong practitioner and leader who is committed to raising standards, modelling best practice, and ensuring that sport and enrichment are central to the life of the academy. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop resilience, teamwork, leadership and a lifelong engagement with physical activity and wider interests.
