Unilever is seeking a Workforce Data and AI Foundations Lead to own the architecture and governance of the workforce digital twin. You will connect People, Finance and Knowledge data to trusted models for AI-enabled products and planning.

Lead cross-functional collaboration, define data elements and SLAs, and ensure reliable data foundations across the organisation. Position is based in the UK and requires strong data governance capabilities.
