Lead Warehouse Team - FMCG, Early Shift, Safe & Efficient

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the West Thurrock site to drive on-time, in-full deliveries and maintain high safety standards. You will lead the night shift, coordinate with transport and office teams, and ensure accurate picking and stock control.

Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will develop others, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement across the network in a dynamic FMCG environment.
