Lead Warehouse Design & Optimization Manager

Gist Limited is seeking a Warehouse Solutions Design Manager to lead modelling, design and optimisation across the UK network. You will partner with central and operational teams to turn ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes that improve throughput, space utilisation and service levels, while challenging current practices with innovative solutions.

The role requires strong analytical and financial modelling skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with design tools like AutoCAD
