Hours: 4-day week, 8am 6pm or 8.30am 6.30pm, with a 1:5 weekend rota and protected leadership time
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

As the Lead Small Animal Vet, you will oversee the day to day clinical caseload and business operations of the hospital, ensuring exceptional, bespoke, and affordable care rooted in best practice veterinary medicine. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the smooth transition from the current practice to the new hospital.
- Leading and mentoring colleagues, including graduate vets, fostering a positive and supportive culture.
- Contributing to the strategic growth of the practice as part of the senior leadership team.
- Representing company values and commitment to clinical excellence within the wider group network.
- Previous leadership experience is essential.
- Must hold a postgraduate certificate, ideally with a medicine bias or imaging.
- Strong clinical decision making abilities and the capacity to interpret diagnostics.
- A confident, collaborative attitude that helps maintain a positive team culture and excellent client care relationships.
- Ability to drive clinical governance and ensure compliance with practice protocols.
- A team player who thrives in a fast paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
