Lead the way with a salary from £65,000 - £75,000 DOE & generous benefits package as you take charge of a much loved community practice ready for its next chapter. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to take the helm of a well-loved small animal practice in St Helens.

This practice may have a compact layout, with one consult room and a small theatre, but it's equipped with all the core diagnostic tools and packed with character.

The new Lead Vet will be stepping into a role with huge potential for growth and development, offering the chance to not only lead but also to drive change and innovation, creating a practice that reflects their ethos and standards of care.

You'll bring at least five years' UK small animal experience, strong general practice skills, and the confidence to work sole charge, as well as the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a supportive team around you.

This is a role for someone who loves both medicine and leadership.

• whether you have a soft tissue or orthopaedic PgCert (a bonus but not essential) or simply the drive to nurture a high quality, client focused service, your input will help shape the clinic's next chapter.

The Rota

• Full time position - 4 or 5 day week - 1:6 weekends
• Open to part time hours for the right candidate
