An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and professional team at a well-established, RCVS-accredited practice in a charming market town in Northamptonshire.

About the Practice:

This respected practice boasts a loyal and long-standing client base that values the high level of personal care delivered by the team. You'll be joining a supportive environment where clinical standards and patient welfare are the priority.

Conveniently located near the town centre, the practice is fully equipped with:

  • Ultrasound
  • ECG
  • Dental suite
  • In-house laboratory
  • Separate cat and dog wards and waiting areas

You will also have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and approachable team that shares your passion for high-quality veterinary care.

The Role:

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week across 4 days)
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, or 1 in 6 full weekends at the sister 24-hour hospital
  • Clinical leadership role with opportunities to develop and mentor others
  • Involvement in shaping the clinical direction of the practice

About You:

  • RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent clinical and client care
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and inspire your team
  • Team player with a proactive and compassionate approach

The Package:

  • A superb salary of £55,000 - £60,000 DOE
