An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Lead Veterinary Surgeon / Co-Owner position within a well established small animal practice in a thriving suburban location on the outskirts of a major Southwest city.
This respected two vet practice has been built over more than 30 years by its current owner, who has developed a loyal and longstanding client base and is now looking to take a step back and welcome a new clinical leader into the business. The role offers the rare chance to combine clinical leadership with genuine practice ownership potential, all while benefiting from a superb support network behind the practice.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will take ownership of the clinic's day to day operations, leading and inspiring the team while shaping clinical standards and driving excellence in patient care.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon looking to progress into leadership and practice ownership without feeling isolated. Extensive support is available through a collaborative partnership network, including mentorship, clinical guidance and access to experienced professionals. Out of hours care is fully supported via a local emergency hub, ensuring a healthy work life balance and strong clinical backup when needed.
Previous business ownership experience is not required. The practice is seeking a vet with strong clinical skills, ambition, leadership potential and a vision for the future of the practice.
