My client is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the next step into a Lead Vet role at our well-equipped small animal practice just minutes from Central London, yet surrounded by green spaces and excellent amenities.

What You'll Do: Lead the clinical team and influence the direction of the practice

Deliver excellent consultations, surgeries, and tailored treatment plans

Mentor, support and develop colleagues

Promote nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures to improve team performance

Maintain high standards in clinical, operational, and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For: RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical and communication skills

Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a veterinary team

Comfortable driving forward best practices and supporting team development

A positive, collaborative approach to patient and client care
