Lead UK Solicitor: Software, AI & Data Privacy Counsel

Clifton Search UK is seeking a UK-based Senior Sole Counsel to lead a newly acquired part of a global software/tech group. You will provide hands-on legal leadership across commercial contracts, licensing, data protection, and AI/ML regulatory strategy, reporting to the CEO from a standalone, autonomous role.

The ideal candidate is a UK-qualified solicitor with senior leadership experience in a software/tech environment and international contracting exposure, including SaaS and IaaS/PaaS topics.
