Job Description

Oaklea Trust in the Westmorland and Furness area is seeking a Lead Trainer to deliver the Future Choices Personal Development Programme for adults 18+ with SEND. You will lead learners and colleagues, plan engaging activities and turn everyday experiences into learning opportunities.

You will work hands-on with learners, build relationships, encourage progress and foster independence, wellbeing and community participation.
