Rosa's Thai Café in London seeks a confident, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen in our growing restaurant group. You'll own the food, the team, and the standards, ensuring every dish meets our high expectations and is delivered with pride on every service.

You will train and develop your staff, manage stock and safety, and work closely with the General Manager to run a strong, balanced restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role with real room for growth.
