Lead Technical Sales Manager, Industrial Refrigeration Bids

Integral Cooling Technologies Industrial Refrigeration Division is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead major bids from concept to tender in Leeds. You will own the bid, shape practical, cost-efficient solutions, and present submissions that win work at a sustainable margin.

The role requires leading bids £500k-£6m, with deep knowledge of refrigeration, energy, and safety standards. You will coordinate design, estimating, procurement and legal teams across projects.
